Given that the outdoor skating season is about to kick off in MN, I am curious where the best outdoor skating rinks are located for playing some old fashioned, park hockey. All suggestions welcome!

Groveland in St Paul is solid. Has Zamboni and usually a good pick up game.

I have heard some good things about Roseville at the oval. Lots of open times on their website. Probably going to check it out later this week.

The Roseville oval is crazy fun, there is usually several pick-up games going on simultaneously. Coon Rapids also has a stellar outdoor arena.
