I last played on an organized team in 1982 yes that would be 7th grade. I wanted to continue playing but I was informed by my parents that they could not afford it. Now I'm 43 fat and out of shape, however I can afford to play now a I love to skate and play pick up pond hockey. I have a son who is in his second year of mite hockey and I'm an assistant coach on his team. I would like to continue to be a better skater for at least another year. I am looking to play at JMS as a way to get back into shape that does not involve a treadmill. Unfortunately the size on most of my equipment is XXL. My goal is to be playing in just large equipment by fall of 2012.
