JMS Hockey

I began playing organized hockey at age 5. I played until I was 16 when I left MN to a state with no hockey. I played at the travel hockey level. I did not play again until my early 30's when I became a USA hockey youth coach and was playing drop in hockey for a few years. I began to gain a ton of weight and could no longer play. This summer I had Bariatric surgery and have lost 125 lbs. so far, and fit into my equipment again. I have been skating again a little since buying a new pair if skates a few weeks ago and would love to start playing again to continue to lose weight and have some fun. I am. Still a bit weak on my skates and am trying to build my strength and coordination back again, so I may not be strong enough to do a lot right away, but I can't wait to get started!
