Like most Minnesotans, I started as a wee child. I played through high school and some intramural leagues in college. Then, I stopped playing. For 20 years. When my sons started playing, I started coaching and got the itch. I scrapped my ancient equipment and started anew. I play now for the fun and mostly for the exercise. I played this year in the OSHL (Old School Hockey League) which was terrific and plan to play for a Minnetonka-based summer league this summer (2011).
