I recently noticed my credit has expired. Has anyone else had their credit balance "Expire?" To be fair, I have not played in over a year due to covid and the impact that has had on me and my family, however I was thinking about lacing up the skates again only to find out my credits are no longer. W.T.H.

Hi Aaron - there's an automated process built in for accounting purposes. That said, we frequently unexpire credits for players looking to return and have done the same for you. You should be set to register for games again. Going forward, use the Help icon in the lower right hand corner of the page to open a ticket with us. We are normally monitoring the threads and don't want to miss something like this.
