wondering, have had this happen several times, most recently just a little bit ago, message sent and received at 552 pm, replied still at 552 pm. and i still get a note saying someone else nabbed it??? find it hard to believe that only one time did i reply fast enough? i guess 4 seconds like today wasnt quick enough?

Sometimes I think the messages get delayed in some fashion for some people. Perhaps a carrier/network delay?

Pretty sure it's a text blast that goes out to everybody on the waiting list. The more popular the skate, the more people are getting that text for the open spot. You gotta have money in your account, otherwise, someone will beat you to it and get the slot. My advice is to keep enough money for a session in your account, so if you run into something where you get a text, at least you have a fighting chance of getting the spot.

i have plenty of money in my account, that is not the issue. i am assuming rob's response was most accurate. i changed my notification to add email and will see if that changes anything.

Same just happened to me as well. Sucks when you want to play.
