JMS Hockey

The Fighting Walleye D1 squad has a few openings for full-time skaters for the upcoming AHA 2017-2018 winter season (https://www.ahahockey.com/). Specifically, we are looking for solid defensemen and a center to round out our roster. We also plan to play at the AHA Fall tourney in Bloomington in early October. This will be our fourth season together and we have an awesome locker room culture. Outside of Winter season, you’ll find our players in Hockey Finder/JMS/AHA leagues and scrimmages, open hockeys and anywhere else there’s ice. Five of us are even headed to a week-long hockey camp this summer to work on our game. We work hard on the ice, and always make time for beers and laughs at the bar after the game. This will be our second season at the D1 level, and our #1 goal this year is to finish on top. Level 2/3 or 3 JMS players would do well in D1 play. Some other perks to playing with the Walleye: - Our goalie was best in D1 last year. - We video record all games, edit together weekly highlights and post to social media - We may be a bit biased, but our logo and jerseys are the best in the AHA.
