Help us defend the cup!! We need a few D1 level skaters (forwards and defensemen) to fill out our roster. We're a fun yet competitive team looking to defend the cup for an unprecedented third straight year. We have Loons teams in four divisions (C2 through D2) which provides the opportunity to move up as you develop without buying a new set of jerseys every year!

Hey I'm not familiar with the skill level systems. I played through varsity level and have not played competitively since graduating in 2007. I'm a solid left or right wing, but can play other positions if needed. I just moved to Eden Prairie and am trying to find a starting point to get back into hockey. Jesse, You will have to attend an AHA evaluation first to see what level you would be a good fit for. I am guessing that if you played varsity you would evaluate higher at D1. Go here to schedule an eval time. http://ahahockey.com/programs/twin-cities/evaluation What happens then if you do not have a team you are put into a draft pool for that level. Then the league has a draft where captains looking for players pick free agents to fill their open spots.
