Problems with Adding Funds?

Am I the only one having problems trying to add money to their account? I tried a few times and all were rejected by JMS with various messages popping up (bad billing address, duplicate transaction, etc.). My credit card company says they all went through but were immediately refunded by JMS. Now when I click on the add funds link it takes to the add funds page but it is completely blank. No cards on file, no way to add a new card etc. I tried IE and Chrome with the same results in both browsers. I would like to get into same games, but no money in the account = no games. Ryan J
