I am new to this and I would like to know what the Upper and Lower levels mean for some of the games.....is Lower level 1 through 3 and upper level 4 through 6? thanks Jay

I think so. You can only sign up for games that you're eligible for otherwise the system won't let you by default. So anything that it lets you sign up for is fair game.

The definitions of lower level and upper level can be flexible at times. Under most circumstances, lower level means levels 1-2-3. Upper level usually means 3-4-5. Elite level means 4-5-6. However, the levels allowed and the number of skaters per level allowed could be altered depending on circumstance.
