Tell us about you and JMS: Started watching hockey after going to an Air Force Falcons game and then got spoiled when the Avalanche moved to town. Ended up moving to Minnesota after college. I always wanted to play but never skated. Finally in 2009 I convinced my best friend to join me in AHA Beginner School. We quickly heard JMS was a great place to play and improve at hockey judgement free alongside others of our same skill level. After a year or two I was approached to be a JMS Captain. I loved the idea of helping provide new skaters with the same safe encouraging atmosphere I learned to play hockey in thru JMS. I've been a JMS Captain ever since. Have also played in several JMS Leagues. • What's next on your bucket list? Getting back to Colorado for an Avalanche game. • Favorite sports team: Colorado Avalanche, San Francisco 49ers • Last show you binge watched: Loki. • Do you have a nickname? "Tibs". Hockey nicknames aren't usually very creative. • Hobbies or sports you participated in beyond hockey. Lettered in football, soccer, and swimming in HS. Was a state certified white water rafting guide in Colorado. • Favorite food: Chipotle • Favorite memory of JMS: Meeting all my closest friends there.
