Coaching and Training
Stephane Veilleaux Clinic
Level 2 skater here. I am interested in signing up for this and was just wondering what any past participants felt about this clinic.
Do it, you won't regret it. Whatever skill level (we had Novice - Advanced skaters and everyone was very cool). You'll get quite a work out but the drills were not that difficult. It's only an hour anyway. If you get winded, nobody will look down on guys that need a breather on the bench. The idea is to to get some reps at playing "tired" which we all have to deal with due to short benches or long shifts. Stephane is very approachable and his coaching style is based on encouragement. It was neat to receive passes from him in drills and watch him jump into them.
Thank you for the input. I think I might give next weeks session a try. (looks like tomorrows session is cancelled)
I did it last weeeknd - it was so so much more than fitness and drills - it’s tips, a “pro-like” practice, camaraderie, and for some/many adults ... a chance that doesn’t come around very often. Visit the JMS Facebook page for photos from previous sessions. #worthit
Thanks for the information. I am going to sign up!!!
